Awards, why do they matter?
Short answer is, it provides credability to your marketplace. Credability = Being trusted and believed in. Long answer, it allows prospective landlords another layer of confidence that you are seen to take your profession seriously.
To be either a finalist or an award winner is a great way to show you have a deeper care for your role.
My suggestion is to find what awards are happening in your marketplace and nationally and start entering!
