I thought I’d reshare this as I know many of you are kicking off your campaigns, if you haven’t already.


A solid marketing plan is crucial if you want a consistent pipeline of enquiry.


Making sure you’re fully leveraging social media, print, email, SMS, buyer agents and every other available channel doesn’t just lift your visibility in the marketplace, it actively creates seller opportunities, especially when it’s done consistently.


This checklist is one I followed throughout my own career. Hopefully it sparks a few new ideas, or gives you a clearer structure to build or refine your marketing campaigns.
